Tristen is, by FAR the best hair stylist and hair colorist that I have ever had. And I have been getting my hair done for over two decades. She's the BEST. She did my hair for many years while living here in Austin and I have been missing her tremendously since she moved to Tyler... Please come back! She really truly listens to you intently on what your preference and needs are for your hair and executes them all flawlessly. I have a pretty difficult customer to please because my hair grows fast but it is semi-then towards the ends So I don't like a lot of length cut off of it. I also love a lot of dimension and color in my hair but without compromising the health and integrity of it or stripping it of it's moisture and natural shine. Tristen really just "gets it." She's like the "hair whisperer." She truly has a gift. And she understood that I wanted to keep the length of my hair, but still also have some volume and healthy bounce back in my hair with a low maintenance color that looked incredible without stripping and destroying my hair altogether. I cannot Ever recommend her highly enough, Not only for her skills and talent as a hair stylist / hair colorist, but also for her outstanding customer service and active listening skills (sadly that's rare) and she's just a really kind, easy going and sweet human being. I miss her and can't wait for my next trip to East Texas, I will totally be stalking her!

Kate is absolutely incredible. Every time I have sat in her chair she has truly listened to my needs and educated me to help me keep my hair healthy. She invests in the people that sit in her chair. She is caring, she is hilarious and always makes you feel so good about yourself. I have been her client for 10 years and have always felt like she rolls out the red carpet for her people. She’s bomb and she knows her stuff. She has the most pleasant chair side demeanor and will take the time to explain the process and the best way to keep your hair well-maintained and healthy. She is so meticulous and detail oriented with color blends and placement. Her cuts are always perfect and she has gently steered me away from choices that she knew I would regret later. She will take care of you. When I wanted to go super blonde, she got me there with what seemed like zero damage. She will let you know that the hair you want will take time, if you want it to stay healthy. She will recommend products and good hair habits that help you go longer between appointments. My Hairstylist is Dorothy Arreola in Suite #38. She is so... Awesome & she always does a really good job on my hair. Dorothy has been my Hairstylist for 5 years & I've never had a bad haircut or hair color. She really takes care of her clients. And makes sure her clients look, and feel good before walking out of her salon suite.
